Sharath was part of the founding team at RevSure, where he led Customer Development and Business Operations during the company’s early growth phase. At RevSure, an AI-driven SaaS platform focused on helping revenue teams understand marketing impact across the entire funnel, Sharath played a key role in shaping the company’s early operational foundation.
Working closely with leadership, he helped establish processes for customer discovery, product feedback, and revenue operations. His work helped ensure that insights from customers and early adopters could directly inform product development and go-to-market decisions. By bridging conversations between customers, product teams, and revenue leaders, he contributed to building a clearer understanding of how modern demand generation teams measure marketing performance and attribution.
During this period, Sharath focused heavily on customer development and operational alignment- two functions that are particularly important for early-stage SaaS companies. His efforts helped structure feedback loops between users and the product team, ensuring that RevSure’s platform evolved in response to real-world marketing and revenue challenges faced by B2B organizations.
Before joining RevSure, Sharath held leadership roles in several fast-growing technology companies and startups. He was part of the early team at Jupiter, the digital banking platform, where he helped lead operational initiatives and customer-focused programs as the company scaled its services. His work included running product experiments, conducting customer research, and supporting internal operations as the organization expanded its teams and offerings.
In addition to his operating roles, Sharath has been actively involved in mentoring and supporting early-stage startups. As an angel investor and advisor, he has worked with founders across sectors including fintech, logistics, energy, and SaaS, helping teams refine their strategies, build early product-market fit, and design operational structures that enable scale.
Sharath earned his Bachelor of Technology from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK Surathkal). While his academic background is in engineering, much of his professional career has been shaped by hands-on experience in the unpredictable and fast-moving world of startups.
