Onboarding & Implementation

We bring a combination of professional services and customer success, leveraging our expertise in marketing, attribution, and data to assist our customers. Our commitment extends beyond the initial implementation, ensuring ongoing customer success and support. Here's what you can expect during the few weeks of your journey with us:

WEEK 0 : Getting Started

Time Commitment on Your Side: 2.5 hrs (1.5 hours to fill the questionnaire; 1 hour for Interviews and GTM motion understanding)
Introduction: Meet your Customer Success Manager (CSM) and support team.
Discovery Questionnaire & Plan:  Complete a questionnaire to capture details of your GTM systems, lifecycle stages, and data, forming the basis of our project plan.
Your GTM Motion Understanding:   Your CSM will review your Go-To-Market strategy to customize the onboarding process.
User Interviews: We'll interview users to understand their key business questions and requirements.
Setup Communication Mechanism: A dedicated Slack channel will be created for quick and efficient communication.

WEEK 1 : RevSure Setup Begins

Time Commitment on Your Side: 1 hr
Connect Your Tech Stack: Begin integrating your CRM, marketing automation platforms, ad platforms, and other essential apps with RevSure.
Clarification Sync: We'll discuss the setup for data synchronization, clarifying your business processes and specific nuances to ensure seamless integration.

WEEK 2 : Data Validation

Time Commitment on Your Side: 1.5 hr (2 meetings of 45 min each)
Setup and Review: Configure and review data mappings, funnel stages, and dimensions.
AI-Driven Entity Mappings: Initiate AI-driven entity resolution for leads, opportunities, accounts, and campaign attributes (UTMs, ad system IDs, etc.).
Data Validation: Ensure accuracy for campaigns, ad spend, funnel metrics, and both built-in and custom dimensions.
Data Sanity Report: Share and validate a comprehensive data sanity report to ensure confidence in your RevSure data.
Taxonomy review: Validate the taxonomy of campaigns and other entities, and change as needed.
AI Projections: Initiate AI model iterations for pipeline projections, AI-driven attribution, and pipeline acceleration.

WEEK 3 : Application Review

Time Commitment on Your Side: 2 hrs ( 2 meetings of 1 hour each)
RevSure Application Overview: Introduction to various views, projections, filters, reports, and AI recommendations.
Attribution Methodologies: Discuss different attribution methodologies and their representation in reports.
User Views Configuration: Customize user views in RevSure based on your personas.
Feedback on AI Projections: Showcase the first iterations of AI-driven projections, gather feedback, and refine feature selection.

WEEK 4 : Onboard and Go Live

Time Commitment on Your Side: 1 hr
Onboard Users: Introduce the initial set of users and develop an ongoing enablement plan.
Platform Adoption: Discuss strategies to enhance RevSure platform adoption.
User Views Configuration: Customize user views in RevSure based on your personas.
Ongoing Support: Schedule recurring calls with key stakeholders for continuous strategic support.
