Francisco Oller Garcia is Manager of Solutions Engineering at RevSure AI, where he helps B2B marketing and revenue operations teams solve one of the most persistent challenges in modern go-to-market execution: understanding what is actually driving the pipeline. With a background spanning customer success, onboarding, post-sales consulting, and solutions architecture, Francisco brings a highly practical perspective to the intersection of attribution, revenue intelligence, and GTM execution.
At RevSure, Francisco works closely with CMOs, RevOps leaders, and cross-functional revenue teams to identify where attribution breaks down, where GTM systems are creating confusion instead of clarity, and how organizations can build a more trusted view of pipeline performance. His work focuses on helping teams move beyond fragmented dashboards, disconnected tooling, and conflicting opinions toward a shared understanding of how marketing efforts influence pipeline velocity, deal progression, and revenue outcomes.
Francisco’s role sits at the center of product value and real-world customer application. He partners with prospects and customers to map complex GTM motions, uncover data gaps, and demonstrate how RevSure’s platform can unify signals across marketing, sales, and revenue operations. This includes helping organizations understand how RevSure supports multi-touch attribution, deep funnel visibility, and clearer measurement across campaigns, channels, and buyer journeys. His goal is to make sophisticated revenue intelligence usable and actionable for the teams that rely on it every day.
What makes Francisco especially effective in this role is his ability to connect technical complexity with business reality. He understands that most revenue teams do not need more data for the sake of it; they need trustworthy answers to practical questions. Which campaigns are accelerating opportunities? Where is attribution breaking down? Why are sales and marketing seeing different versions of performance? Francisco helps teams work through those questions with a combination of technical fluency, strategic thinking, and customer empathy.
Before joining RevSure, Francisco built deep experience in SaaS customer-facing roles. At Metadata, he worked across onboarding and solutions architecture, helping customers implement and optimize marketing technology in ways that reduced time to value and improved adoption. Earlier, at Drift, he built a strong track record in customer advocacy and success, where he supported user adoption, created best practices, contributed extensive help documentation, and consistently delivered high customer satisfaction.
This foundation in customer-facing SaaS work shaped Francisco’s approach to solutions engineering. He understands that successful platform adoption requires more than feature knowledge; it requires the ability to listen deeply, diagnose root causes, and guide organizations through operational change. At RevSure, that means helping teams not only see what the platform can do, but understand how it can support more confident planning, better budget decisions, and improved alignment across the revenue organization.
Francisco is also known for his communication skills, leadership, and ability to make complex concepts feel approachable. Whether he is guiding a technical implementation, walking through attribution challenges, or helping a team rethink how they measure funnel performance, he brings clarity, warmth, and credibility to the conversation. His perspective is grounded in real customer experiences and shaped by a career spent helping teams solve problems across fast-moving B2B environments.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Francisco earned his MBA from the University of Tampa’s Sykes College of Business and has built a career around helping organizations connect strategy, systems, and execution. Through his work at RevSure, he continues to focus on helping B2B teams replace guesswork with clarity, and turn attribution from a source of friction into a driver of better pipeline decisions.
