September 2024 Highlights

In case you missed it, our September 2024 update introduced several exciting features:

  • Business Taxonomy Mapping: Customize data dimensions (Campaigns, Accounts, Leads) to align with business needs.
  • Account Engagement Trends Widget: Track LinkedIn impressions, email opens, visitor numbers, and campaign touches for key accounts.
  • Landing Page for Every User: Set personalized module landing pages; admins can set default pages for teams.
  • New Integrations:
    • RB2B: Identify anonymous website visitors to uncover new leads.
    • People Data Labs: Match IPs to companies, enriching insights for prioritizing high-intent leads.

The October 2024 release delivers significant advancements aimed at enhancing the flexibility, usability, and intelligence of the RevSure platform.

Flexible Time Filters for Streamlined Reporting

We’ve expanded period filters to make it easier to access frequently-used time ranges. RevSure now offers multiple ways to filter time periods, including fiscal years, quarters, calendar years, and other custom date ranges. For example, dynamic options like "Current and Previous 2 Years" allow for in-depth comparisons and insights over multiple periods.

Having precise time filters helps you quickly retrieve relevant data for analysis, whether for reporting quarterly results or analyzing historical trends.

How to Access: Go to Config Center > Calendar to adjust fiscal year settings and access these enhanced period filters.

Home Page for Every Module

Each module now opens with a home page that displays all available reports (views), offering a central hub to locate insights quickly. Inspired by the structure of Salesforce’s reporting tool, this setup provides a familiar experience, making it easy for users to get a complete overview of available reports without navigating through separate views.

If you prefer a more streamlined experience, you can bypass the home page and go directly to a specific report by setting a default view. This customization option supports both new and experienced users in finding what they need quickly and effortlessly.

Enhanced Journey Analysis for Deeper Insights

The Journeys module has been upgraded to allow a more detailed look into customer journeys. Here are the new capabilities:

  • All Leads Analysis: Track the journeys of all leads, regardless of their stage, to identify broader trends and understand lead progression more comprehensively.
  • Most Common First and Last Touchpoints: Within the Touchpoints tab, see which engagement points are the most impactful in initiating and closing journeys. This helps you prioritize and focus on touchpoints that drive value.
  • Contact Selection for Opportunity Journeys: Choose which contacts should be considered in journey analyses. Options include focusing on only the primary contact, all contacts tied to the opportunity, or every contact associated with an account. This granular control allows for more precise journey mapping, aligning analysis with specific business goals.

These updates make it easier to drill down into the specifics of customer journeys, equipping you with actionable insights to drive better engagement and conversion rates.

Generative AI-Powered Documentation with Eddy AI

RevSure’s documentation now features generative AI with Eddy AI. Just type in your question on the documentation home page, and Eddy AI will retrieve the most relevant answers and documentation sources, cutting down on time spent searching. For example, you can enter “How do I set fiscal year filters?” and Eddy AI will provide a direct answer with links to relevant documentation pages. With Eddy AI, accessing RevSure’s vast resources is faster and easier than ever.
