October '24 Release Highlights

In case you missed it, our October 2024 product update introduced many exciting features:

  • Flexible Time Filters: Streamlined reporting with fiscal years, quarters, and dynamic time range options like "Current and Previous 2 Years."
  • Home Page for Every Module: A centralized view of available reports for faster navigation and streamlined user experience.
  • Enhanced Journey Analysis: Track all leads, identify impactful first and last touchpoints, and customize contact selection for journey mapping.
  • Generative AI-Powered Documentation: Quick answers powered by Eddy AI for faster access to RevSure documentation.

These updates further optimize reporting, journey analysis, and platform usability.

Incrementality Testing: Measure the Real Impact of Your Marketing

Analyze the effectiveness of your campaigns with two powerful new widgets:

  • Pre-Post Analysis: Evaluate whether increased spending in one quarter significantly boosted pipeline generation in the next.
  • Conversion Lift Analysis: Determine if digital-touched leads are converting better and whether campaign touches are driving improved conversion rates compared to untouched leads.

Where to find it: Navigate to Marketing Performance Dashboard > Incrementality Testing.

Dimension Information Card: Greater Transparency on Data Sources

No more guessing where your fields and filters originate from. With the new Dimension Information Card, you can easily identify:

  • The source (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • The object it belongs to in the source platform
  • The specific attribute it is linked to

This update reduces friction and ensures better clarity while working with data in RevSure.

Finer User Access Controls: Save Permissions Made Smarter

Gain better control over who can save views to your dashboards with the Save Restriction feature.

  • Admins can create user groups and restrict save permissions for specific modules.
  • Particularly useful for managing external consultants or third-party agency users, ensuring your dashboards remain clean and unaltered.

How to set it up:

  1. Go to User Management > Add New Group.
  2. Select modules and uncheck "Save Permissions."
  3. Assign users to the group.
