November '24 Release Highlights

Previous updates brought greater clarity, smarter controls, and deeper insights:

  • Incrementality Testing: Analyze marketing impact with:
    • Pre-Post Analysis: Measure if increased spend boosted the pipeline.
    • Conversion Lift Analysis: Compare conversions between touched and untouched leads.
  • Dimension Information Card: Identify the source, object, and attribute of fields and filters for better data transparency.
  • Finer User Access Controls: Restrict dashboard save permissions with the new Save Restriction feature, ideal for managing external users.

These enhancements simplify analysis, improve data clarity, and offer better user control.

Enhanced Date Filters in Demand Generation Effectiveness

We introduced refined date filtering options to give you better control over the metrics displayed on the Demand Generation Effectiveness module:

  • Campaign Member Engagement Date: Enabled filtering and displaying leads or opportunities based on their engagement with campaigns during a selected timeframe.
  • Campaign Metrics Date: Separated the time periods for campaign metrics (e.g., spend and budget) from lead and opportunity creation dates.
  • Attribution Lookback Window: Allowed customization of lookback windows (e.g., 90 days for opportunities, 30 days for leads) to attribute campaigns more effectively based on member engagement.

Multivariate Causal Impact Analysis

Building on last month's Incrementality Testing, we introduced a new widget:

  • Delivered an advanced pre-post analysis to assess the impact of multiple marketing and GTM interventions simultaneously.
  • Enabled input of intervention periods and covariates for more precise impact assessments.
  • Enhanced decision-making with better data visualization.

Comprehensive Engagement Tracking & Reporting

We expanded tracking and reporting capabilities to help you monitor every critical engagement:

  • Data Validation – Engagements Table: Centralized all engagements, including activities, campaign touches, and funnel movements, in one table.
  • Account Engagements in BI Charts: Provided visualization and filtering of engagements at the account level or by specific account dimensions, with the ability to use engagement timestamps for deeper insights.
